Project Description
The Municipality of Clarington has received a request to initiate a new secondary plan in north Courtice. The secondary plan area is generally located east of Tooley Road, south of Pebblestone Road, west of Courtice Road, and north of the Adelaide Avenue extension. The Secondary Plan will provide more detailed direction for this specific area regarding land uses, transportation, infrastructure, natural heritage, phasing and urban design.
