You can park on any road in Clarington for a maximum of three hours, except during the hours of 3 a.m. to 5 a.m. and where signs show no parking.
To park on the road for more than three hours, including between the hours of 3 a.m. to 5 a.m., you will need to apply for an on-street parking permit.
Metered parking is available in the downtown areas of Bowmanville, Newcastle and Orono. You will need to pay to park at the meters during the hours of 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours, including all day on weekends, parking is free.
