NEWCASTLE CIP - Draft Plan available for Review 
The proposed Community Improvement Plan for Newcastle Village identifies a number of actions to be undertaken by the Municipality and the community. It will enable the Municipality to offer incentives for signage, infill projects, and façade improvements. This Community Improvement Plan applies to the area shown in the map below.
