$ 160,000 X 1.41459% = $ 2,263,34 Industrial
The sample assessment is based on: total building
floorspace 25,000 sq.ft.; 10% office; steel
frame with brick & block; ceiling height
- 16 ft; sprinkler system present; 1.72 acres,
fully serviced industrial; and 10,000 sq.ft
