At the Region of Durham, Charlie is the Chair of the Works Committee and a member of Durham Region Transit, Durham Region Non-Profit Housing, the Joint Residual Waste Group (with York Region) and the Development Charges Complaint group. At Clarington Council, Charlie is the Deputy Mayor and Chair of the Operations Department.
