CLARINGTON TRAFFIC BY-LAW 91-58 HIGHLIGHTS


Clarington’s Traffic By-law is composed of 18 pages of Regulations and 31 separate Schedules covering a wide variety of areas from designated No Stopping and No Parking zones to speed limits within the Municipality. Signs are posted at the principal entrances to the Municipality indicating that vehicles cannot be left on street for more than 3 hours or from 3 AM to 5 AM and that vehicles may not interfere with snow clearing operations. Except in certain specific situations signs are not required on every street. Attached below is a list of the most common parking offences and the relevant section of the
