- Manage staff, consultants, and activities within the Infrastructure and Capital Works Division according to established policies and objectives
- Administer the divisional capital budget and 9 year forecasts
- Lead the program of municipal infrastructure initiatives in concert with other engineering divisions performing engineering functions
- Provide supportive engineering advisory services for other municipal departments
- Administer the existing divisional infrastructure database and GIS applications generating new concepts to provide the Department infrastructure information in
an efficient manner
