Indulge yourself! Spend the day in the gardens as Community Care Durham –Uxbridge hosts its 16^th Annual Gardens of Uxbridge, Sat July 14, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, sponsored by Investors Group. A self-guided tour offering a variety of gardens. Everyone can be enriched by participating in a garden tour from the experienced gardener to the novice, and you even get to support a good cause. The cost of your ticket is $20.00 ($25.00 on the day) and includes a box lunch, to take on the road or enjoy at the Uxbridge Seniors Centre. Purchase tickets by July 11 to be entered to win in our Early Bird Draw, dinner for two at the Tin Mill Restaurant, Uxbridge. Tickets are available by phone 905-852-7445 and by June 1, in Uxbridge at Blue Heron Books, Garden Artifacts and the Tin Mill Restaurant, in Cannington at Jingles Gifts, and in Port Perry at Branching Out. On the day activities include a raffle –winning prize an original bird house by Dan the Birdman.
