Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions workshops
These workshops are fully sponsored by the Ministry of Health and Long Term care, through the CE LHIN, as part of their vision to ensure individuals can live in their own homes as long as possible, to continue to enjoy the activities they want to, even when they have the challenge of living with chronic illness.
Chronic conditions such as diabetes, arthritis, repetitive strain injury and fibromyalgia are not confined to the elderly, early understanding of how to manage these conditions can make a dramatic difference to quality of life.
The baby boomer generation may be witnessing their parents suffer from health conditions such as arthritis, diabetes, chronic pain, or heart disease failing more each visit we have with them. They wonder - if my parents adopted better health habits could they improve their quality of life and ability to stay independent?
It is possible. Read testimonials on our web site from past participants on just how much one’s life can improve, in just 6 weeks.
