MEDIA ADVISORY...
Half Marathon Program
Our program is specifically designed to assist individuals in making the transition from shorter distance runs through to the half marathon distance. Everyone is welcome no matter what your speed is.
Your registration will also include an optional Monday night workout at 6:00pm and / or Wednesday
night at 6:30pm which is a great addition for developing your running skills.
Please note: you should be able to comfortably run
30 to 40 minutes for the half marathon program.
