WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS
MARCH 3 TO MAY 5, 2008
Weight Restriction Regulations will be in force on all roads both Regional and local within the Municipality of Clarington from Monday, March 3 to approximately Monday, May 5, 2008. The actual end date will be determined, following reviews of road and weather conditions periodically toward the end of the weight restriction season.
Vehicle loads are restricted to FIVE (5) TONNES PER AXLE, in accordance with the provisions of the Highway Traffic Act R.S.O. 1990, cH8, s122.
