This is to give notice that the General Purpose and Administration Committee of the Municipality of Clarington will review and recommend to Council the 2012 Current and Capital Budgets at a meeting commencing at 9:30 a.m., Friday, January 27, 2012.  Clarington Council will consider the recommendations of the Committee at their regularly scheduled meeting commencing at 7:00 p.m., Monday, January 30, 2012.

Comments from the public are welcome in writing or by attending either meeting and presenting oral comments.  For further information regarding attending the meetings or to register as a delegation, please contact the Municipal Clerk's Department at (905)623-3379.

The 2012 Budgets are available on the Municipality’s web site, www.clarington.net/htdocs/department_finance.html as of January 12, 2012.  Information pertaining to the budgets can be obtained from the Finance Department by calling the above number.
