SEALED Tenders for the Contract specified below, submitted to the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington, office of the Clerk, 40 Temperance Street, Bowmanville, Ontario, L1C 3A6, are invited and will be received by the Clerk until the specified closing time and date.           
                                   

he work for the Municipality of Clarington, under the Director of Engineering Services, involves the placement of approximately the following quantities as well as other works associated with urban and rural Asphalt Rehabilitation:

                                      Hot Mix Asphalt                         4,400  t
                                      Granular ‘A’                              3,500  t
                                      Pulverizing                                 4,700  m2
                                      Grinding                                   14,500  m2
                                      Concrete Sidewalks                       150  m2
                                      Concrete Curb and Gutter              400  m

 

Plans, Specifications and Tender Forms will be available as of Wednesday, March 12, 2008 at the Office of TSH, 513 Division Street, Cobourg, Ontario K9A 5G6, for a $40.00 (includes GST) non-refundable fee payable to TSH. Plans, Specifications and Tender Forms will be sent by courier if requested. An Agreement to Bond and a Bid Deposit in the amount specified in the tender documents must accompany each bid submitted.
