SEALED TENDERS, clearly marked as to contents, for offers to purchase the property listed below, will be submitted to the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington, Office of the Clerk, 40 Temperance Street, Bowmanville, Ontario, L1C 3A6 and will be received on the forms in either the envelope provided or with the label provided affixed to an envelope until the specified closing time and date. All offers by tender must be accompanied by a certified cheque, money order or cash in the amount equal to 10% of the total bid. Deposits will be returned immediately after the award except the two highest bidders
