Clarington’s Animal Services Division is asking residents who may have encountered a fox den in Courtice and are feeding and taking pictures of the foxes to leave the wild animals alone. The mom is raising the kits, and they will move on naturally once they are raised and ready. Generally, the newborn kits do not leave their den for at least a month. They are meant to survive in the wild. If you feed them and they get used to human contact, they will become domesticated and not survive in the wild....
