Tonight’s (Monday, February 24, 2020) 20/20/20 group fitness class scheduled for 7:45 p.m. at Diane Hamre Recreation Complex is cancelled.
A 20/20/20 group fitness class is available Mondays at 6 p.m. at Courtice Community Complex.

The Monday, February 24 Community Grant Café starting at 1 p.m. at Garnet B. Rickard Recreation Complex has been cancelled. A new date for the Café will be posted as soon as possible.

“Today, the Metrolinx Board of Directors endorsed the GO East Rail Extension through Oshawa to Bowmanville in Clarington, featuring four new station stops located along the Canadian Pacific mainline north of Highway 401.

Clarington February 19, 2020/- Clarington’s downtowns will soon become more vibrant thanks to decorative public art pieces that will be installed in Bowmanville, Courtice, Newcastle and Orono. The project is funded through a $110,000 grant from the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs (OMAFRA). In 2018, Council decided the funding should be used for public art installations to enhance the visitor experience and the beauty of our downtowns.
