Adoption of an Exemption to an Interim Control By-Law on Duke Street

On March 23, 2020, Clarington Council passed By-law 2020-016, being an exemption to Interim Control By-law 2018-083.  The purpose of By-law 2020-016 is to exempt 112 Duke Street to permit the development of a new single-detached dwelling with a maximum height of 8.6 metres.

On March 23, 2020, Clarington Council passed By-law 2020-018, being an exemption to Interim Control By-law 2018-083.  The purpose of By-law 2020-018 is to exempt 74 Lambs Lane to permit the development of a new single-detached dwelling.
