Image of home TTY device and SimpliciTTY software Clarington October 29, 2018/- Clarington has taken another step to remove communication barriers for people with disabilities by launching a new teletype (TTY) service. Residents who are Deaf or hard of hearing will be able to call 1-844-790-1599 using their home TTY device and access municipal services and customer service staff in all departments.
