Total Building Permit Value Clarington July 18, 2019/- Residential construction continues to thrive in Clarington according to the newly-released 2018 Growth Trends Review report. The total value of building permits in the Municipality increased by four per cent in 2018, rising from $330.3 million to $343.4 million. Smoke and fire damage to the second storey windows of a home on Vail Meadows Crescent in Bowmanville. Clarington July 10, 2019/- Clarington Emergency and Fire Services responded to an early morning fire in Bowmanville on Vail Meadows Crescent, rescuing two teenagers from the home.
