Smoke and fire damage to the second storey windows of a home on Vail Meadows Crescent in Bowmanville. Clarington July 10, 2019/- Clarington Emergency and Fire Services responded to an early morning fire in Bowmanville on Vail Meadows Crescent, rescuing two teenagers from the home.
