The Municipality of Clarington is making changes to its Fall Swim Schedule. To ensure public safety, due to a staffing shortage, Clarington’s Community Services Department has made adjustments to its schedule.
The Municipality has cancelled several public swim opportunities and aquafit classes held at Courtice Community Complex, Diane Hamre Recreation Complex and Alan Strike Aquatic and Squash Centre.

Location of road closure. Bridge closure between properties shown.Concession Road 5 will close between Regional Road 18 and Shiloh Road from July 23 to approximately October 31, 2018, for bridge rehabilitation.
A detour will be available via Gilmore Road and local alternates. There will be no emergency access during this closure.

Lambs Road (South Service Road) in Bowmanville has been closed between Lake Road and East Beach Road. The closure will remain in effect until further notice.
Traffic will be required to detour via Lake Road/Port Darlington Road and East Beach Road.
In the event of an emergency, an Emergency Detour Road has been constructed south of the CNR Railway between Lambs Road (South Service Road) and Bennett Road.
