Group Fitness Schedules

Clarington will be in the Red - Control Zone of the COVID-19 Response Framework as of February 16, 2021. 

Ice rentals will open on Wednesday, February 17, 2021, at South Courtice Arena only. Public skating is currently on hold due to capacity limits.

The Fitness Training Centre at Courtice Community Complex will reopen on Friday, February 19, 2021, at 7 a.m. for pre-booked one-hour workout slots. Pre-registration starts every Tuesday at 9 a.m. for the upcoming Friday to Thursday.

Group Fitness classes will resume on March 1, 2021, at Diane Hamre Recreation Complex and Courtice Community Complex.

Pickleball will start on February 22, 2021, at Diane Hamre Recreation Complex, and on March 1, 2021, at Garnet B. Rickard Recreation Complex. Registration opens on Thursday, February 18, 2021, at 9 a.m.

Group Fitness Class with Kettle Bells

Clarington offers a variety of group fitness classes at locations throughout the Municipality. A limited offering of group fitness classes will resume on March 1, 2021, at the Courtice Community Complex and Diane Hamre Recreation Complex. Group fitness classes are only available to Courtice Fitness Members (Fitness Plus and Group Fitness memberships only). Members will need to reserve their spot in a class by registering online or by phone for each date and time.

Spinning Class

We have some of the most dedicated and enthusiastic instructors who will motivate you to meet your personal fitness goals.

We offer Teen Fitness Training and Fitness Memberships for teens 13 to 17 years olds. Take our Teen Fitness Training course led by a Certified Personal Trainer to learn proper form and training techniques to be eligible for a youth fitness membership.
