Ice rentals will open on Wednesday, February 17, 2021, at South Courtice Arena only. Public skating is currently on hold due to capacity limits.
The Fitness Training Centre at Courtice Community Complex will reopen on Friday, February 19, 2021, at 7 a.m. for pre-booked one-hour workout slots. Pre-registration starts every Tuesday at 9 a.m. for the upcoming Friday to Thursday.
Group Fitness classes will resume on March 1, 2021, at Diane Hamre Recreation Complex and Courtice Community Complex.
Pickleball will start on February 22, 2021, at Diane Hamre Recreation Complex, and on March 1, 2021, at Garnet B. Rickard Recreation Complex. Registration opens on Thursday, February 18, 2021, at 9 a.m.

Cancel hassle-free
Any Active Living Membership may be cancelled at any time. The cancellation/withdrawal fee ($10 + HST) applies to all cancellations. No need for a medical note or other documentation. This does not include 10-ticket visits.
Eliminate the hold
Since you can cancel any time you want, we’ve eliminated holds for either vacation or medical reasons. Just fill out the cancellation form and re-join when you’re ready.

Free orientation
Feel confident starting your workouts at the Courtice Fitness Training Centre. Our complimentary 30-minute orientation will cover a general overview of the fitness facility, proper form and technique while using select pieces of cardio and strength equipment, and gym etiquette. Ask questions of our qualified Fitness Floor Supervisors to ensure you are utilizing your membership to its fullest potential.

Membership renewal notices are now being sent by email. Please ensure we have your correct email address by verifying at the Customer Service Desk at any of our recreational facilities.
Locker rentals
Lockers in our facility change rooms are free of charge for day use only, but can be rented for 12-month periods. Stop by a Customer Service Desks at any of recreational facility for more information.
