Group Fitness Class Yoga


Our qualified, experienced and friendly staff can help you reach your fitness goals. They will work with you to determine the best program to suit your abilities and goals.

Fitness assessments

A fitness assessment is a great way to determine where your physical fitness is today and to create a plan to achieve your fitness goals. Work with our qualified staff to test your fitness levels, which may include aerobic, muscular, and flexibility exercises. This will allow our staff to help you design your individual fitness program and set attainable goals.

Personal training

Work with our personal trainers to design and implement an exercise program tailored to your health concerns, fitness goals and schedule. Keep yourself accountable by scheduling yourself for multiple sessions with our qualified staff. Sessions are one hour in length.

First Steps Package

Start off on the right foot with our best and most popular package!
This two hour package is only $65.03 plus tax and includes:

  • One hour fitness assessment
  • One hour fitness program with a certified trainer

Available at the Courtice Fitness Training Centre. Each hour is booked on a different day.

Dryland sport conditioning

A well-conditioned team sees the advantages during the regular season. Work with our staff and your team to address team issues such as speed, power and agility. Reduce injury rates and increase your team's overall performance. We offer a wide variety of training possibilities that can work with your team's already busy schedule.
