Proposed development
Following the approval of a Minister’s Zoning Order (MZO) earlier this year, a Site Plan application has been received for the construction of a new Home Hardware store at the southeast corner of Highway 2 and Rundle Road (2423 Rundle Road).
The new store will include 5,765 square metres (62,000 square feet) of retail and warehouse floorspace, a garden centre, and an outdoor lumber yard.
