D.G. Biddle & Associates has submitted a draft plan of subdivision and rezoning application on behalf of 2103386 Ontario Ltd. to facilitate the development of seven detached dwelling lots on Given Road in Newcastle. The proposal is next to the Foster Northwest subdivision, which was draft approved on September 6, 2019.
The amendment also requests the rezoning of six detached dwelling lots within the draft approved subdivision to address the deficiencies in lot area and lot frontage.
A Statutory Public Meeting will be scheduled at a later date to present the proposal to the Planning and Development Committee and to hear feedback from the public. Comments on the proposal can be submitted at any time to the contact below.
