Development Approved

On May 23, 2017, Council approved the development of a six storey, mixed-use building south of the Massey Building, along Beaver Street South, in Newcastle.  The Applicant is now working to receive Building Permit approval.

The building will consist of:

  • First Floor: Retail and service (approximately 950 square metres / 10,200 square feet)
  • Second Floor: Medical / dental / professional office space (approximately 1,215 square metres / 13,080 square feet)
  • Third, Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Floor: 40 condominium apartments (one and two bedroom units)
