Proposed Development

An application has been submitted by Excelsior Financial Group to develop the lands located at the southeast corner of Bloor Street and Townline Road South in Courtice. The lands are currently vacant, having a total area of approximately 1.88 hectares (4.64 acres). The proposal consists of:

  • Two six-storey residential buildings, each containing 64 units (128 units total); and
  • A 3,880 square metres (41,750 square feet) of commercial floor area. Including: a fuel bar, car wash, oil changer and a drive-thru restaurant.
