Proposed development

Proposed Rezoning and Site Plan Approval for 22 townhouse units accessed by a private lane. Fifteen townhouse units will have dual frontage with the front door onto Mill Street South and garage doors onto the private lane. Seven units will front onto the private lane.

A public meeting was held February 20, 2018.

Revised proposal

The revised proposal would permit a 15-unit townhouse development with a private lane, water metre building and visitor parking at the south-east corner of Mill Street and Robert Street in Newcastle.
