Proposed development

Delpark Homes (Prestonvale) Inc. proposes to amend the Clarington Official Plan and Zoning By-law 84-63 to facilitate a Draft Plan of Subdivision application. The proposed Draft Plan of Subdivision would permit 78 Units, consisting of 66 single detached dwellings and 12 townhouse dwellings, the extension of Rosswell Drive south and a new east-west street.
