Proposed development

High Street Courtice Inc. has submitted revised applications to permit a multi-unit residential development containing 464 dwelling units. The revised proposal includes:

  1. 126 apartment units in a ten-storey building
  2. 102 apartment units in a nine-storey building
  3. 151 units in an nine-storey building
  4. 80 townhouse units in two-to-three storey buildings
  5. 5 single-detached dwelling units

The applications include a proposed amendment to the Courtice Main Street Secondary Plan to reduce the minimum height from six storeys to two storeys in the Mid-Rise High Density Residential, and to permit townhouse units with an increased density/height in the Urban Residential designation.
