Rezoning application for a three-storey residential apartment building in Courtice.

Lifelong Investment Corporation has submitted a rezoning application to permit a three-storey residential apartment building containing 95 units and underground parking in Courtice.

The applicant is proposing to amend Zoning By-law 84-63 to rezone the lands from Urban Residential Type Two (R2) to an appropriate zone which would permit the development of a three-storey apartment building and the proposed zoning standards. The applicant is proposing that the apartments will be of condominium tenure.

Should the applicant be successful in rezoning the property to permit the residential apartments, a site plan application will need to be submitted to address the details of the site design, landscaping and building design.


The site is comprised of an amalgamation of four properties with a total area of approximately 0.68 hectares. The site is located at the northwest corner of Nash Road and Trulls Road and is within walking distance to schools and a commercial plaza.
