You should be aware of fees and charges you may need to pay to complete your project.

It's our job to:
- Ensure all permit applications conform to applicable laws and that plans conform to the Ontario Building Code
- Issue and revoke building permits
- Interpret the development charges by-law
- Interpret the building by-law to collect building permit fees
- Conduct field inspections (i.e. building, plumbing and HVAC inspections)
- Issue renovation or addition permits
- Issue demolition permits
