On Tuesday, May 4, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., officers and community members from DRPS East Division will be hosting a Twitter Town Hall for residents of Courtice to address neighbourhood concerns.
The question and answer session will allow members of the community to ask questions of the DRPS East Division Inspector and Staff Sergeant, as well as the Courtice Ward 1 Councillor Janice Jones.
In addition to providing a forum for residents to address neighbourhood concerns, officers will be providing safety tips on protecting your home and property and choosing a home security camera system as well as information on the DRPS Lock It or Lose it and Notification of Community Crime (N.O.C.C.) initiatives.
If you live or work in the Courtice community, please email your questions and concerns to eastdivision@drps.ca and be sure to follow us on Twitter @DRPSEastDiv.
On the day of the Town Hall, you can also send your questions/concerns via Twitter to @DRPSEastDiv using the hashtag #CourticeConcerns
East Division hopes you will join us on Tuesday, May 4, between 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Twitter @DRPSEastDiv, and May the fourth be with you.
