Fall Road Rehabilitation Projects in Clarington

The Municipality of Clarington will be doing maintenance and improvements on various roads throughout October and November.

Work includes asphalt repairs and paving, as well as curb and sidewalk maintenance. Short-term closures and lane restrictions will be required to safely complete the work.

The following roads are scheduled for rehabilitation:

• Varcoe Road – Highway 2 to Nash Road
• Prospect Street – CPR Bridge to O’Dell Street
• O’Dell Street – Scugog Street to east end
• Lambs Lane / First Street / Third Street
• Prospect Street – O’Dell Street to Fourth Street / Second Street / Veterans Avenue
• North Scugog Court – Dan Sheehan Lane to north end
• Green Road / Boswell Drive / Clarington Boulevard – roundabout
• East Shores Drive / Port Darlington Road
• Alexander Boulevard / Liberty Place
• Rudell Road – King Avenue West to south end

Crews will ensure waste collection and mail delivery is uninterrupted.
