A fitness assessment is a great way to determine your level of physical fitness today and create a plan to achieve your fitness goals. Work with our qualified staff to test your fitness level, including aerobic, muscular, and flexibility exercises. Completing an assessment will allow our staff to help you design your individual fitness program and set attainable goals.
One-on-one personal training sessions | ||||||||
Work with our personal trainers to design and implement an exercise program tailored to your health concerns, fitness goals and schedule. Keep yourself accountable by scheduling yourself for multiple sessions with our qualified staff.

Semi-private personal training (Two to three people) | ||||||||
You and up to two friends will spend an hour with a Certified Personal Trainer. Your trainer will design a goal-oriented training session, motivate, and offer modifications to help you and your friend(s) reach your goals. We encourage you to sign up with people who have similar fitness levels and goals.

Get the benefits of working with a Certified Personal Trainer in a small group setting. With a maximum of six participants, our low-ratio training will give you the motivation and training variety to get results. Program topic include:

Sign up for fitness assessment to gauge your baseline fitness levels. This useful tool will help you understand your starting point and help you set goals. This one-hour assessment is only $48.50 plus tax. Available at the Courtice Fitness Training Centre. Members only. One per membership. |

Teens ages 13 to 17 must participate in a 30- to 60-minute orientation of the Fitness Training Centre before coming to work out. Orientations are led by a Certified Personal Trainer and review our fitness guidelines and gym etiquette, equipment use and proper form and technique. Call 905-404-1525 ext. 2524 to book your free orientation.
A well-conditioned team sees the advantages during the regular season. Work with our staff and your team to address team issues such as speed, power and agility. Reduce injury rates and increase your team's overall performance. We offer a wide variety of training possibilities that can work with your team's already busy schedule.
