The Municipality of Clarington would like to remind residents about safety when discharging fireworks. The emergency order banning public gatherings of more than five people remains in place as we continue to follow all public health guidelines to flatten the curve of COVID-19. We do not recommend any informal neighbourhood display of fireworks. If you choose to have fireworks, please follow all the safety guidelines identified on our Fireworks Safety web page. We know that now more than ever, residents need a reason to celebrate, but please remember we are still in a pandemic, and your choices will impact others. Be safe.
