View our Council Meeting Calendar to access agendas, minutes, video recordings and staff reports from upcoming and recent Council and Committee meetings.

Meeting agendas will be posted on the Council Meeting Calendar by noon on the Friday before a regular meeting. In the case of a special meeting, we will post the agenda at least 24 hours before the meeting. For a printed copy of an agenda, please contact the Clerk's Division.

Past agendas, minutes and reports

View all agendas, by-laws, minutes and reports for meetings held before September 9, 2019. All documents are fully searchable and can be exported to PDF or viewed in plain text.

Some Council and Committee meetings also have audio recordings, which you can access online. These audio recordings are located in the same folder as the minutes for each meeting.

Although we have all of our by-laws online (over 13,000), our most commonly requested by-laws have been compiled on their own page.

Personal information contained in your correspondence, to the Municipality of Clarington Council or its Committees, is collected under the Municipal Act, 2001, as Amended. Any personal information you choose to disclose in your correspondence will be used to receive your views on the relevant issue(s) to enable the Municipality of Clarington to make its decision on the matter. This information will become part of the public record. Questions about the collection of the information may be directed to the Municipal Clerk.
