We accept post-dated cheques. There is a 24-hour drop box on the north side of the building (Church Street accessible ramp entrance).

If a mortgage company is responsible for paying your taxes, we must receive written notice from your mortgage company for the Municipality to provide information directly to them. Contact Taxation Services to confirm that this written notice has been received or review your final tax bill to ensure their name is correctly indicated.
Mortgage companies indicated on the tax bill will also receive payment information. You will only receive a final tax bill for your records.
If your mortgage company is not shown, please contact them immediately to request the written notice be issued.
Failure to receive a tax notice does not eliminate the responsibility for the payment of taxes and penalties. If you are responsible for paying property taxes and do not receive a notice, please contact Taxation Services at 905-623-3379 ext. 2650.
