TAKE NOTICE that taking into consideration any oral and written submissions, the Council of the Municipality of Clarington passed By-law 2020-050 on July 7, 2020.

Take notice that taking into consideration any oral and written submissions, the Council of the Municipality of Clarington passed By-law 2020-035 on May 25, 2020.

For an explanation of the effect of the oral and written submissions, see Staff Report PSD-014-20, and the minutes of the Planning & Development Committee meeting of May 19, 2020.

Notice of adoption of an exemption to an interim control by-law on Elgin Street

On April 14, 2020, Clarington Council passed By-law 2020-025, being an exemption to Interim Control By-law 2018-083. The purpose of By-law 2020-025 is to exempt 94 Elgin Street to permit an addition to an existing single-detached dwelling in compliance with the zone regulations.
