Whitby, Ont. – The Regional Municipality of Durham would like to advise residents that the initial assessment of fire damage at the Durham York Energy Centre (DYEC) has been completed by JADE+, a consultant hired by the operator Covanta. Clarington December 13, 2016/- The Municipality of Clarington is changing its pet licensing program to encourage more residents to register their pets. This will ensure that if a pet is lost, it can be reunited with its family.
