(Tribute Communities) has submitted Draft Plan of Subdivision and Zoning By-law Amendment applications to permit 140 residential units, including 50 single-detached dwellings, 24 semi-detached dwellings and 66 townhouse dwellings. The plan also includes a future development adjacent to Courtice Road.
