Proposal

1532314 Ontario Limited has submitted a Zoning By-law amendment application to permit 214 residential units, consisting of 166 units in a six-storey apartment building, 39 stacked townhouses and nine linked townhouses. The development includes private lanes, underground parking, and amenity space.
