Tribute (Prestonvale) Limited has submitted a Plan of Subdivision and Zoning By-law amendment applications to permit 453 residential units, consisting of 227 single-detached dwellings, 128 semi-detached dwellings and 98 townhouse dwellings. The plan also includes blocks for a neighbourhood park, elementary school, open space and stormwater management facilities.
