We’re excited to share that Clarington has been awarded the 2025 Excellence in Innovation Award from the Municipal Service Delivery Officials (MSDO)! 🎉
This national award recognizes our Clarington Connected engagement kiosks—convenient and accessible touchscreens that make it easy for residents to learn about local projects and share their feedback. You can find the kiosks in our recreation facilities and Town Hall, making public engagement a more visible, approachable, and meaningful part of everyday life.
We’re proud to be the first municipality in Canada to launch this kind of tool, which was imagined, built, and launched entirely in-house. Since its launch in late 2023, communities across the country have reached out, looking to follow Clarington’s lead.
Want to get involved? Visit www.claringtonconnected.ca or stop by a kiosk at your local recreation facility to share your feedback on some of the exciting projects happening right here in Clarington.
