Over $21,000 grant from Firehouse Subs Foundation boosts safety for Clarington firefighters

Clarington, Ontario — Clarington Emergency & Fire Services (CEFS) welcomed a $21,865 grant from the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation of Canada. As Station 1 (Bowmanville) expands into a two-truck hall to better serve the community, the funding enabled the addition of a new gear extractor unit.

Your winter fun starts here! Winter program registration opens soon

Registration opens on Wednesday, December 10, at 7 a.m. for all winter swimming lessons, group fitness classes, 55+ Active Adult programs and recreation programs for all ages. We encourage you to set aside some time for registration due to the high demand.

If you can’t complete your registration right away, stay in the online queue. Remaining in the queue will hold your spot and allow you to complete your payment when it’s your turn.
