Final phase of Town Hall roof replacement begins May 25

Starting May 25, 2025, work begins on the final phase of the roof replacement at the Municipal Administrative Centre, 40 Temperance Street, in Bowmanville. Construction crews will be on-site Monday to Saturday throughout the summer completing work on the west section of the roof.

During this time, residents and visitors may experience noise, dust, and intermittent disruptions, and we’ll make every effort to minimize the impact on the surrounding area.

This project is essential for preserving the building’s longevity and improving energy efficiency by addressing previous leaks and replacing the skylights.
