Go paperless for your property taxes

Go paperless and have a PDF copy of your property tax bill sent electronically to your email.

Simply sign up using your 15-digit roll number and access code, found at the top of your property tax bill. The property-specific access code will also be the password to open all future tax bills.

Once you sign up, you will no longer receive a paper copy of your bill by mail. You will receive an email from claringtontaxationservices@clarington.net with a password-protected PDF of your property tax bill. You will need your property-specific code indicated on previous paper tax bills to register and to access your eBill.
