Tribute Tercot Brookhill 2 Inc. is proposing to construct a one-storey temporary sales office at 2494 Bowmanville Avenue that is intended to be used for the sale of homes for application S-C-2022-0015 (2499 Nash Road, 2494 and 2538 Bowmanville Ave) and an adjacent subdivision to the east, S-C-2022-0014 (2547 Bowmanville Avenue).
The total site area is 0.692 hectares (1.71 acres) in size.
