The Biglieri Group Ltd. has submitted applications on behalf Cedardale Realty Holdings Inc. for an Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-law Amendment and Draft Plan of Subdivision at the property identified as PT Lot 30, Concession 1, Former Township of Darlington, which is located at the southeast corner of Bloor Street and Trulls Road.

The Biglieri Group Ltd. has submitted applications on behalf of 1829963 Ontario Inc. for an Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment at 3061 Regional Road 20.
The Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment propose to permit a commercial fill operation on a former aggregate pit licensed under the Aggregate Resources Act, raising the site above the grades outlined in the approved Rehabilitation Plan. The objective is to level the pit with the surrounding natural terrain, making it suitable for future use. The project will import approximately 60,000 cubic metres of clean fill per year, for a total of about 300,000 cubic metres.
The total site area is 30.6 hectares (75.6 acres) in size.
