Section of Lakeshore Road to close September 21 to 26 for rail crossing restoration

Lakeshore Road, between Morgans Road and Newtonville Road, is expected to be closed from approximately Sunday, September 21, at 6 a.m. to Friday, September 26, at 6 p.m. for rail crossing restoration. 

Soft closures will be in place at Lakeshore Road and Morgans Road and Lakeshore Road and Newtonville Road. There will be a hard closure at the railway crossing.

Please note: Hard road closures block the entire road, preventing motorists, cyclists, pedestrians, and emergency vehicles from passing. Soft road closures allow local traffic to access homes, businesses, or properties up until the point of a hard road closure.
